How long can the driver wait if the shipment is not ready?

Most couriers are authorised to wait up to five minutes. However, this is not guaranteed and it is up to the driver if they stay or not. If they have a busy route, they may not be able to wait. It’s therefore your responsibility to ensure your goods are ready on time. If the collection fails you will need to rebook the collection.
