I missed the driver collecting my parcel

If you have missed the driver collecting your parcel, you will need to rebook your collection, track your shipment to get started. Depending on the courier, rebooking may be chargeable. 

Note: If your collection is with EVRi, you will not need to rebook, they will automatically make 2 further collection attempts.
