The driver refused to collect my parcel

Drivers can refuse a collection for the following reasons:

• Insufficiently packaged including items with protruding edges.   

• Contains liquids.

• The item is prohibited by Parcelhero or the carrier

• Missing paperwork or the wrong label has been attached.   

• The package is overweight or oversized - Where the weight or dimensions has been miss-declared.
