The drop off shop refused to take my package?

Your parcel may be refused if:

• The weight or size of the parcel exceeds the size and weight restrictions 

• The correct labels are not attached with relevant invoices

• The item is not packaged properly

If you are sure that your parcel fulfills the criteria, you can drop off your parcel at another drop off shop. 

In addition to the above, sometimes a drop shop may refuse your package if:

• The shop does not have space to store the package

• The shop no longer accept packages

To try another drop-shop, track your shipment and select the ‘Drop-off your parcel’ option.
