1. If you missed the driver 

2. The driver refused your package

When you cannot appeal the rebooking charge:

1. The courier failed to attempt collection. 

How the rebooking charge appeal process works

1. At the point of re-booking you are given an option to appeal. 

2. We will not take payment until the carrier has reviewed your appeal.

3. The courier’s decision is final, you cannot re-appeal.

How the courier assesses on your appeal

1. Couriers can track the GPS co-ordinates of their drivers, so they can verify whether the collecting driver visited your address.

Note: To avoid rebooking charges you can often drop your parcel off at a drop off point. This is courier-dependant and your parcel must fit the specifications
