Will the collecting driver need a trolley to move my package?

When you book your delivery, we ask for the measurements and weight of your parcel. These measurements will ensure the courier sends the right vehicle and equipment. 

If you have not provided the correct measurements and are concerned that the collecting courier may not arrive with a trolley, please rebook your collection. 

Note there is no guarantee that the courier will bring a trolley, but it’s rare they will not have one if you enter the correct parcel information. 

Note: Even if the driver does have a trolley, you may still be required to aid with loading
