Where do I find the customs invoice?

You only need a customs invoice for international shipments. In most cases, we send the invoice electronically to customs so you don't need to print it.

If a customs invoice is required, it will print automatically when you print your labels.

If however, you need to reprint it, you can do so by logging into your account.
