How does the dashboard work?

Once you’ve created your first transaction, you’ll be taken directly to your dashboard. From here, you can:

• View all your previous shipments

• Get new quotes

• Manage your existing orders

• Create support tickets and resolve delivery issues

It’s your complete hub for shipment management.

Order Visibility & Notifications

If there’s an issue with one of your orders—such as a failed label generation—you’ll see it right away on your dashboard. This helps you act quickly and keep your shipments running smoothly.

Returning to the Dashboard

When you come back to the dashboard, our website will remember your device. However, for security reasons, your shipment details stay hidden until you authenticate.

To authenticate, simply click on any shipment. You’ll be prompted to log in using a secure email link. Once authenticated, you’ll stay logged in.

You don’t need to create a password, but you can set one if you prefer.
