How to check details of a previous order?

Use the search function on your dashboard to search for the order you are looking for. Then click anywhere on the row containing your shipment to open the side drawer. The side drawer contains all the information you need regarding your order including:

1. Collection address

2. Delivery address

3. Number of items, weight and dimensions of each parcel

4. Ship date

5. Scheduled delivery date

6. Download your payment invoice

7. Download the customs invoice if applicable.

8. Re-print your shipping labels and paperwork

9. Tracking information

10. Any tickets you have open with our support team
