We quote the price upfront, and this includes all applicable surcharges. We can provide a written guarantee that no additional size or weight based surcharges will be applied if you can provide evidence of the parcel size and weight prior to shipping. 

After booking, all you need to do is send us images of each parcel, showing the size and weight clearly, along with the parcel label. We'll reply back to confirm no additional surcharges will be applied post collection. If the courier then applies a surcharge we will resolve this dispute on your behalf using the evidence you provided.
