How do I make sure I have the right address?

Our system looks up the address based on the postcode or city you have entered. Sometimes there are multiple town names associated with a single postcode, and one carrier may expect to see a particular town name, and another carrier a different one. In this case, we will sometimes override the town you selected, in order for it to be compliant for that particular carrier. Don’t worry this will not result in a delay, in fact it will prevent delays occurring.
