Sender information

We need the sender's email address to send the shipping labels. In most cases the courier also needs the sender's phone number in case the driver needs to contact you for any collection issues.  

Note: The sender’s phone number needs to be in the same country as the collection is being made, as the courier cannot call international numbers.

Receivers information

Most couriers require the receiver's phone number in case there are any delivery issues. An email address is not normally required.
