DPD has quite strong requirements when it comes to tax ID’s, EORI numbers and tariff codes. If you do not have the ID’s DPD is requesting, we recommend you choose another courier, as most other couriers do not insist on this information.  Tax ID’s, tariff codes and EORI numbers are not mandatory for Royal Mail, Parcelforce, FedEx or UPS.*

If you have already booked, you will need to cancel your booking and rebook with another courier, if you cannot provide the information DPD asks for.
